Excellent, whacky game
I bought Beard Wizards as a gift for my wife & I. The instructions included are somewhat vague in clarity and could use a bit more information and polishing up. The instructions do provide enough information to play the game and have fun strategizing how to grow a beard long enough to win the game. We played the game with friends for (5 players) and we had a blast. This innocent looking game is great fun but can somewhat cut throat with beard spells and rituals. Great fun and will highly recommend!!
Had a ton of fun playing this game a few times with my friend. I enjoyed the variety of decisions one can make during your turn and the way the game can swing in a fair way. For two players, we made one house rule to permanently discard (instead of just adding it to the regular discard pile) turn skipping cards to avoid a game ending loop with the right combination of cards that interact with the discard pile. I would recommend this fun quirky game, it’s very simple and engaging.
I was so excited to open this! The cards are high quality. Nice and thick material. Well packaged with a protective film over the cards when it arrived. This game is fun and easy to play! And the art and card names are hilarious. Thank you
This felt like a pretty solid gift for a friend who has a ton of tabletop and board games; they appreciated it and hopefully they'll have some fun with all the weird beards in the game
